Global sourcing.
Limitless possibilities.

Rebel Global Trade is a business-to-business sourcing and trading desk working across fresh fruit, vegetables, grains and pulses, and packaged FMCG. We match verified suppliers to confirmed buyer requirements — and we quote only once the landed cost is real.

We work back-to-back against confirmed demand rather than holding speculative stock — which keeps spoilage, working capital and food-safety exposure under control.

What we do

A trading desk with a warehouse behind it

Most sourcing goes wrong in the gap between what a buyer actually needs and what a supplier actually ships. We work in that gap: specification first, documents second, cargo last — run out of our head office and warehouse in Jebel Ali Free Zone South, Dubai.

Source

We identify and approach producers, packhouses and exporters against a written specification — variety, grade, calibre, pack, volume, season and destination — instead of collecting generic catalogues.

Verify

Company registration, export history, certification and bank-beneficiary details are checked before any commercial discussion advances. Unverifiable suppliers do not progress.

Move

Freight, inspection, customs clearance and cold storage are handled through licensed third-party partners, with inspection and claims procedures agreed in writing beforehand.

What we trade

Four books, one desk

We are not a single-commodity shop. Fresh fruit, vegetables, grains and pulses, and packaged FMCG each behave differently on price, shelf life and documentation — running all four from one desk is what lets us build a buyer a mixed programme instead of a one-off container.

Fresh fruit

Programme volumes across the year rather than one season. Variety, calibre and maturity are agreed in writing before loading, and the freight mode is chosen against the ripeness window, not against the cheapest rate.

How we work

Five steps, in this order

We do not quote before we can calculate a real landed cost, and we do not ask suppliers for prices before a buyer specification exists. The sequence is the product.

Talk to us

  1. Capture the requirement

Product and variety, grade and size, packaging, weekly or monthly volume, target landed price, required certification, destination port and delivery window, payment terms.

  2. Source against that specification

We approach producers and exporters that credibly match the origin, season and capacity — then request offers on an identical written specification so they can be compared fairly.

  3. Qualify the supplier

Registration details, packhouse or farm location, harvest calendar, MOQ and weekly capacity, certification, export references, sample policy and bank-beneficiary name matching the contracting entity.

  4. Build the landed cost

Supplier price plus origin handling, inspection, inland transport, freight, insurance, duty and clearance, port charges, cold storage, finance charges and a spoilage allowance — before a buyer price is issued.

  5. Trial, then scale

A sample or small trial order confirms the specification in practice. Inspection, rejection, delay, temperature and claims procedures are agreed before the first container moves.

Why back-to-back

We buy when a buyer has committed

Holding stock on speculation is how new trading companies lose money. Fruit ripens, cold stores cost money whether they are full or empty, and a rejected consignment becomes a write-off within days.

So we operate back-to-back: confirmed buyer demand first, then the supplier order, using deposits, letters of credit or other protected payment structures. Our Jebel Ali warehouse is used for consolidation, staging and short-hold against confirmed orders — not for speculative stock.

  • Limited working-capital exposure on every transaction
  • No speculative stock sitting in cold storage
  • Food-safety risk handled by licensed, accountable partners
  • Fixed overhead kept deliberately low, so pricing stays competitive

Quality & compliance

Documents before cargo

Food shipments can require product assessment or registration, label compliance, consignment release, customs procedures and approved food-handling arrangements. We treat that paperwork as part of the specification, not an afterthought.
